Kremlin: Putin, Ramaphosa Discuss Ukraine Crisis and Strategic Partnership

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, according to an official statement released by the Kremlin.
During the call, Putin shared the key outcomes of recent high-level talks between Russia and the United States in Alaska. Ramaphosa expressed his support for ongoing diplomatic initiatives aimed at reaching a peaceful settlement to the conflict in Ukraine.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and South Africa and agreed to continue close cooperation within international forums.
